Contact Centre Support Administrator

Salary: £18k per annum

This is a busy and varied role based in Northampton where you will assist the Contact Centre Manager and Team Leaders with the day to day organisational support requirements.

Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

What you will do:

  • Processing gone away and return to sender information
  • Updating Onestep (internal system) with trace files from Call Centre Manager
  • DVLA Updates
  • Changing of addresses and reseal when necessary
  • Covering outgoing post duties when required
  • Updating system according to reports eg; Foreign/Scottish Postcodes
  • General admin duties as and when instructed by Supervisors/Manager

Your skills and experience will include:

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel and other Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to actively listen
  • Ability to collate and analyse data
  • Able to communicate effectively in a business to business situation
  • Able to work under supervision and independently
