These solutions include hard FM to help clients manage and maintain their workplaces including compliance, fabric, mechanical and electrical services. We also provide a full range of soft FM services such as front of house, cleaning, catering and security

Kier Specialist Services – Project team - is looking to recruit a Project Administrator who will report to the Head of Projects. The successful post-holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to operations and management team dedicated to the delivery of two government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day activities will include issuing out approvals from Concept to Project Managers, raising subcontracts and obtaining approvals, as well as responding to all clients, residents and general enquires on the phone and via email in a professional manner.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and have an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
