We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist for an FM contract we hold with Kent County Council. In this role you will be responsible for providing a professional receptionist service to our client.
In this exciting role, your day to day responsibilities will include taking incoming calls, communicating with visitors and colleagues and providing a professional help desk service whist ensuring targets are achieved. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administrator duties.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have previous Receptionist experience and have an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
