We have an excellent opportunity on behalf of a well-established organisation in Bicester.
Due to continuous growth, they are looking to recruit a Part Time Client Coordinator who will be responsible for providing the team with day to day internal and external administration.
*Redirect and answer correspondence *Coordinate internal customer meetings *Organise and coordinate travel and off-site bookings *Raise and manage purchase orders *Monitor & order stationery *Send out stock and manage returns *Manage CRM and data entry tasks
To be successful in this role, you will have administration / customer service experience, be organised with good attention to detail and have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
This is a permanent, part time position working 17.5 hours per week ideally on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
