Reporting to the Neighbourhood Services Team Leader, the successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent housing management services, a motivated self-starter who is looking for a rewarding new challenge, and is passionate about creating communities where people choose to live. Some of the attributes we are looking for are:
An understanding of housing law, policy and practices Great interpersonal, communication and IT skills Ability to cope under pressure Experience of tenancy and estate management issues including an understanding of anti-social behaviour Experience of liaising with community groups and other bodies A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential
