As a result of our success, we are now recruiting for an experienced professional to work within our specialist area of Premier Mortars, Walling and Screed where we supply innovative solutions to National House Builders, Brickwork Contractors, Screed Contractors, and Architects. What will the job entail?
Working from our site in Ramsbottom, you will proactively manage sales of ready-to-lay screed products to a national customer base. Taking ownership of customer interaction and project pricing, you will drive profitable and sustainable direct to site sales. As a result you will generate and develop loyal customer relations to optimising sales results.
Your job will have various elements including, being the main point of contact for a selected group of customers, taking ownership of all requests and ensuring that the customers’ needs are met. Building and nurturing existing customer relations you will also proactively contact prospect customers, to maximise sales enquiries and convert quotations to orders. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business you will be delivering the best customer service solutions, taking ownership of service related issues and demonstrating professionalism and resilience throughout all customer contact.
