This is a Desk based Inside Sales role supporting the New Business Sales team in EMEA . The key responsibilities of the role will be focused around providing pricing & bid support, participating in some of the deals, supporting some of the existing customer renewals/ upgrades , helping prepare content & collateral for customer meetings . This is a junior sales role with an opportunity to assist and support all aspects of the Account Director function.
Telephone based Account Management and support for EMEA GAM new business team.. Must be able to formulate solutions and present persuasively and effectively while linking benefits to the client's business objectives and needs.
Working to maintain customer contact strategy across large customer base. Be strong team player working with an internal virtual team. Be able to handle objections confidently, making the most of every opportunity and working within strict quality and adherence guidelines.
Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
Learns and develops further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company's product technologies. To proactively manage own professional standards and development. To act as a role model, living the CenturyLink values.
Quickly building rapport with customers, you will seek to understand their needs in order to provide the right solution for their business and ultimately close the deal.
* Sales Experience in a similar desk based sales role.
* Ability in penetrating SME Customers to find decision makers through networking, email, Social Media etc.
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* The ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Customer focus with the ability to positively close business opportunities via the telephone
* Strong influencing and persuasive skills
* Competitive nature. A results orientated, positive and determined attitude
* Great relationship building and interpersonal skills
* Salesforce.com CRM knowledge a plus
