We are seeking a motivated and positive Assistant E&F Site Manager to join our Estates and Facilities Team who will provide a comprehensive and effective service to the Estates and Facilities department and act as first point of contact for all issues relating to day to day E&F operations.

The role will involve working as part of a busy team and will be the first point of contact for liaison with clinical staff, service users and soft and hard FM staff and contractors. The post holder will assist the Estates Officer and Facilities Site Manager in managing a team of Estates Maintenance workers, an FMA team, FM admin and portering services.

You will have previous clerical and administration experience at a high level, be able to balance competing priorities successfully, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Ideally you will have trade background/experience and be able monitor estates works for quality standards as well as having an understanding of soft FM standards such as National NHS cleaning standards.

The postholder may be required to participate in the Estates out of hours on call rota.
