The Dorset Pain Management Service is a multi-disciplinary service helping people to learn new strategies and ways of coping with pain and improve their quality of life. Our pan-Dorset clinical service is provided from various sites across the county, providing timely and effective care closer to home in accordance with our Trust values.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to provide a comprehensive, effective and confidential administrative service to the team.
The post holder will be required to undertake a range of administrative duties including maintenance of office systems e.g. SystmOne Electronic Patient Records, appointment scheduling and filing. They will be required to produce letters and type reports under the supervision of the Operational Manager and to be able to take and transcribe minutes of meetings. The post holder will need to provide a helpful and courteous response to the general public/clients/carers that have contacted the Service either by phone, letter or e-mail and ensure that all correspondence is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hrs per week.
