Valuer required ASAP based in South East London.
The purpose of the role is to provide financial estimates and statistics for annual capital and revenue budgets.
Operate within the financial limits and budgetary arrangements of the Directorate
Report, promptly, changing budget needs
Candidates would need to be RICS qualified or equivalent. Candidates would also need experience in a similar role and have experience in completing financial estimates.
