We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Estate Staff Supervisor to join our well established Estate Services team in Swindon. Using your excellent coordination skills, you will plan multiple workloads ensuring productivity is maximised within the cleaning services team. Playing on your key management/leadership skills, you'll also possess the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
The role of Assistant Estate Staff Supervisor will include: • Assisting with the management of our team of Estate Technicians, Caretakers and Cleaners in the preparation of void properties for re-letting • Issuing work to the team ensuring the appropriate tools and machinery are available • Overseeing stock levels, ensuring equipment is kept in good condition • Being the first point of contact for customers on site, concerning queries and questions • Undertaking building safety compliance tests for fire alarms, emergency lighting and water temperature • Providing cover for staff absences to ensure high levels of service are maintained
Skills and experiences: • Proven people management or leader experience, ideally within a grounds maintenance environment • Ability to prioritise multiple workloads to ensure optimum efficiency • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationships • A flexible and proactive working approach is essential • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
