The Role

The role will be part of the Support Revolution service desk in which there is a very strong culture of teamwork, cooperation and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and also to work with customers from a broad array of industry sectors. A firm understanding of the ITIL framework relating to incidents, problems and changes is ideal. However, we do provide full instructor-led training.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining account management relationships with our customers
  • Producing monthly reports on service performance
  • Identifying and developing any opportunities to enhance Support Revolution's offering to the customer
  • Conducting regular service reviews with our customers throughout the UK
  • Maintaining account information for reporting
  • Involvement in the transition of new customers to Support Revolution
  • Being involved in all aspect of the service delivery model for our Oracle and SAP customers
  • Acting as a mentor to junior members "one team" sharing skills, knowledge and experiences
  • Being commercially aware and identifying further opportunities when at client sites

About You

  • Experience of providing Service Delivery to multiple customers
  • Strong account management skills
  • A good understanding of ERP products, particularly Oracle or SAP
  • A good understanding of ITIL, preferably ITIL foundation but full training will be involved
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with little supervision as well as part of a team
  • Must have a clean driving licence and access to a car
  • Working knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce
