Supervisor

Levy Restaurants requires a day visitor catering supervisor to work in a busy kiosk orientated environment (mainly 9am-5.30pm) at the beautiful Leeds Castle. The day visitor concessions cater for many people over six outlets with added pop ups during peak season, providing excellent food and great service.

The duties for this role will include working in a team and managing a team of catering assistants, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, order taking, food service, clearing, basic food preparation, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include training, cashiering, stock management and taking an active part in any unit sales. promotions. and abiding strict HSE requirements.
