6 month fixed term contract
This is an exciting time to join a busy HR team supporting the Head of HR on the coordination of two significant projects: TUPE and the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system (i-Trent). During this six month period you will also support with some elements of the HR advisory service at the School.
The HR Project Coordinator will support with developing new application process workflows and correspondence whilst engaging with key stakeholder to deliver customer requirements. As well as developing and testing process workflows for system implementation.
The successful candidate will have considerable HR experience in a matrix organisation. You will be able to demonstrate sound understanding of current employment law and associated risk. This position will require a high level of IT competency and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
