Adecco Recruitment is currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, an Outbound Sales Advisor to work for a successful and growing business in Blackburn.
We are looking for several Outbound Sales Advisors to contribute and support their UK Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity as they are currently in the process of implementing a new company direction, which will provide the right candidates to not only grow with the company, but also help in defining and supporting their direction, whilst working with truly amazing and exciting products & projects.
Based within an established sales team you will join a team of Internal and External sales personnel and get involved with selling and promoting our products and services over the phone, closing where possible and making appointments for Sale representatives in other instances.
You will take incoming sales calls as well as speaking to dormant and lapsed clients as well as new potential customers. You will be targeted on numbers of telesales calls a day, information sent to clients, number of quotations, revenue targets, closed rates and general sales KPIs. Hopefully, this shouldn't deter the RIGHT candidates, as previously we have not explored this medium and are gaining high levels of interest.
You must be determined, keen, committed and able to work using your initiative. Able to source your own leads and be new business orientated with a flair for customer service and account management. You will be extremely self-motivated and able to work in a team environment and on your own.
You will be a natural rapport builder and a strong closer with a passion for sales. This is an office-based role where you will be working from our modern offices based in Blackburn, your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30. On occasions, you will be expected to attend our yearly events and exhibitions
Main Duties & Responsibilities of Internal Sales Manager:
Make outbound calls to create new sales leads
Prepare tenders and sales presentations (where necessary)
Regularly contact client database to nurture existing customer relationships
Follow-up leads from networking events, exhibitions, trade shows and conferences
Schedule appointments for the wider sales team with potential new customers
Raise sales quotations and sales orders through SAGE system ( A higher level of proficiency in Sage- stock control etc would be advantageous in this role)
Highly proficient in using CRM systems
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery of products or projects.
Develop a steady pipeline of repeat sales from a pool of customers as well as one-off orders.
Confidently promote our range of premium products.

Basic salary of between £18,000 to £22,500 per year depending on experience
Additional % sales turnover commission
20 days paid annual leave rising to a maximum of 25 days with 5 years' service, plus bank holidays
