Cleaning Services sits within Facilities Services in the Directorate of Estates & Campus Services. The team has responsibility for all aspects of residential and non-residential cleaning across the University. There are approximately 380 members of Cleaning Services, who are currently line managed by Cleaning Managers. The Cleaning Managers are assisted by a group of part-time Grade 3 Supervisors who monitor staff attendance and report verbally on any issues. This new role of Senior Cleaning Supervisor is required to bridge the skills gap between the current Managers and Supervisors. There are five appointable roles available with various work patterns as per below.Role
To assist the Cleaning Managers and to be part of a team responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective cleaning service. To ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness throughout the university campus sites and outlying properties.

Whilst regular hours of work are in place, there is requirement for cover to be provided across any 5/7 working days including evenings, weekends and public holidays.Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
