We are looking to recruit for the newly created role of IT Trainer to deliver training and support on all IT applications across the company. This is an in-house role and involves providing guidance on the IT policy and process across a bespoke systems, Microsoft Office and 365.
The role will include the design of IT project based training and the delivery of the training to employees, as well as providing assistance with ad-hoc queries when required.
In addition to having experience and confidence in delivering training in a professional services environment,; the person we are looking for is methodical and logical, positive and proactive with good communication skills both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 or above. Additionally, knowledge of Office 365, SOS Connect / Practice Manager, Solcase / Visualfiles or similar case management software, and BigHand Dictation or similar would be desirable.
This position will require regular travel to all of our offices in Southern England, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
