As a Support Worker you will:
Maximise independence of people requiring support, enabling real choices in how they lead their life. Assist with personal support and undertake domestic chores in communal areas. Maintain accurate records of support provided, maintaining risk assessment and support plans to be able to respond to emergencies should they arise.
Contractual hours are flexible for this role, and can range between 16 and 35 hour contracts, dependent on candidate requirements.
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for working in the care/support sector and appreciates the importance of engaging the wider community. If you are confident, reliable and interested in supporting people to live independently then you will play an instrumental part of this supportive team
