We have a fantastic, newly created, opportunity for an experienced Distribution Team Leader to join our expanding EMEA HQ in Inchinnan, Paisley.
You will be responsible for optimising team performance by leading process improvement initiatives. You will have a demonstrable history of operational excellence in your area and have proven yourself to be ready to lead our Inchinnan Distribution team through a period of significant operational and cultural change.
You should crave mobilising your team to optimise all elements of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People through key engagement practices and developing best practices.
