Required to undertake all bookkeeping, accounting duties and produce monthly management accounts for board meetings. Reporting directly to the Company Directors.
The position demands impeccable attention to detail in all areas including, but not limited to, processing supplier invoices/rental invoices (receipts and payments) alongside insurance, service charges, petty cash analysis, cash management (cash flow forecasting), VAT accounting ,payroll and corporation tax preparation for companies within Group Ownership. Will also be required to liaise with the Auditors, Banks, Companies House and HMRC as and when required.
The applicant will manage the office, all areas of financial control and must have a strong desire to excel to move the business forward. The applicant should also be able to provide financial analysis, input and advice to the Directors. Essentially the role is 50% Accounting and 50% Administration
Perfection is a must.
We require experience in accounts which must include having worked in a Practice and the successful applicant must be fully qualified with a desire to be part of a growing business and not just data entry.
