Farm Assistant

Hours; 07:30-16:30

We have exciting opportunities within our client’s agriculture division as we are currently recruiting for farm assistants on an ongoing basic to support setting up the farm sheds for the arrival of birds, and to assist with moving the birds from their transportation vehicle into the sheds. Farms are primarily located within 20 miles of Banbury so it is essential that you have your own transport to the farms.

As this role will involve you to adhere to bird welfare and bio security it essential that you are a good communicator and able to follow processes and instruction. This role will require a flexible approach to working days and hours as the farms operate 7 days a week.

Experience working with livestock or poultry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. This role will involve heavy lifting and working in high temperatures within the farm sheds.
