The Postgraduate Research Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support within the Professional Doctorates team in the Postgraduate Research Service, primarily supporting the development of the new Doctorate in Educational Psychology.
This is a Job Share opportunity within a well-established Service area and the successful candidate will work alongside the existing Administrator who works at 0.4FTE. We are looking for a proactive, adaptable candidate with excellent attention to detail and proven organisational skills. A key part of the role will be supporting the development of educational psychology placement opportunities and we expect there to be varied and interesting interaction with a wide range of staff, students and applicants, as well as with local authority partners and professional bodies.
Candidates will have two A-levels at Grades A-E and five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience. In addition, candidates will be able to satisfy all essential criteria detailed in the person specification for this post.
The position is available from 20 January 2020, or as soon as possible thereafter, on a part-time basis, working 21.75 hours per week. Please read the Further Particulars for more information in respect of working hours.
