As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be the face of the store, providing an experience that is a cut above the rest.
Handling customer enquiries, providing advice on all products within the company product range Serving customers on our tills Supporting with replenishment of the shop floor This is a front of house position working on the customer service desk, telephone switchboard and the counter You will be the first point of contact for many customers and will become proficient in all aspect of counter duties, ensuring all phones calls are answered promptly and to Company standard
Due to the nature of the products and role, this position will involve regular lifting.
You’ll need to be a positive and friendly person with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail, and the motivation to deliver outstanding customer service. If you’re interested in agriculture or the great outdoors, this could be the job for you!
