We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager within the Work-Based Learning sector/ Apprenticeship Sector.

Businesses are now recognising the importance of developing the people within their organisations.
Key duties in the role
Line management of Skills coaches and quality team across the South of England within management of CPD, appraisals and performance reviews, performance management. To administer HR matters such as the escalation of disciplinary procedures and ensuring that staff follow policy and procedure
Providing an overall strategic vision of the south region and being responsible for the implementation of this.
To communicate, manage and drive all Operational Business KPIs including financial targets.
Drive Apprenticeship starts through effective Account Management, repeat business, new business, liaising and maintaining effective relations with the Sales Team
Accountable to the board of directors to keep them up to date with operational business performance
We are keen to hear from applicants with full operational management experience You must have a successful track record within the Apprenticeships / Work-based Learning sector - Travel will be form part of the role and so you'd need to be comfortable with that.
