Job Opportunity: Senior Account Manager

An exciting new role for an experienced Senior Account Manager within a fast-growing, global, promotional staffing agency. If you’ve got solid experience in handling both large and smaller detailed staffing projects in a range of formats, then this could be for you. This role will oversee a number of global executions and require a motivated, self-starting Senior Account Manager to grow and develop our existing partnership with Oculus and Facebook.

The Agency

With headquarters based in the heart of London we have been established for over 13 years and most recently we opened a USA division in Los Angeles starting in 2014 with great success. We pride ourselves in excellent client servicing and quality, whilst looking to grow our client base alongside expanding opportunities with existing clients.

We work with both Brands and Agencies providing staffing solutions, across the UK and Europe for top global brands. As an agency we offer bespoke staffing solutions with a high volume of experience in roadshows, in- store, festivals and on-trade activations. In addition, we are currently the global retained staffing supplier for Oculus & Facebook delivering global staffing, supporting Virtual Reality technical demonstrations & other Facebook products and initiatives.

The Role

This role will be based in London and is a fantastic role for someone to step in and run our dynamic Facebook account, as well as some other smaller accounts. There is a real opportunity for the right candidate to develop and grow this position within the agency due to the pace at which we are advancing. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key member of the team and integral to the day to day delivery of global projects for Facebook and Oculus.

    We require an individual who is pro-active, organized and can work at speed with accuracy (with a positive attitude!) and can motivate their team to do them same.

    You will be responsible for the implementation of staff training, detailed reporting, program budgeting, quality control, high-level client management and supplier management; while also able to build and develop strong client relationships through excellent people skills and best-in-class project delivery.

    Having a passion for technology and being tech savvy is a requirement for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To become an expert on your clients’ business to achieve “valued partner” status and know what makes a ‘good decision’ from a commercial point of view

  • Manage the day to day relationship between the client and agency in a professional manner.

  • To interrogate client briefs, interpret insight and other client requirements, advise on campaign development

    and activation plans by applying experience of staffing and general project management.

  • To create project budgets that meet business targets of revenue and margin

  • To define and deliver core agency skills including staff sourcing, training and campaign evaluation etc

  • Project reporting and evaluation.

  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the wider internal and external environment impacting the business

  • To be able to actively develop junior members of the company by giving them clear briefs and achievable goals

  • Be an expert in setting tasks and be able to confidently delegate and manage people through the project process

  • To be able to manage your own time and the time of others who are working with you on a project/s, delivering to both internal and client timelines

  • To be able to delegate upwards/know when you need more senior help


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with clients.

  • A first-class listener and communicator, with great organizational and trouble shooting skills.

  • Commercially savvy with a strong financial acumen.

  • 3-5 years experiential agency or promotional staffing agency experience at an AM/SAM level

  • First-class account management skills.

  • Excellent presenting skills.

  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders; whilst also supporting the development of junior members of the team.

  • Based in London, with requirements to travel as client projects require

  • Start date: ASAP
