Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Working within our Business Support team based out of our modern Head Office in Sevenoaks, FM Conway is currently searching for an experienced Administrator to support the HR team in delivering effective People processes to our organisation.

FM Conway delivers the infrastructure services to support, develop and maintain the UK’s vital transport networks, built environment and open spaces.

The HR Business Support Administrator Role

As our HR Business Support Administrator, you will join our team focusing on delivering a professional shared administration service supporting the People agenda for FM Conway.

Responsibilities as our HR Business Support Administrator

  • Support the Recruitment team by creating offer of employment documentation and sending and collating references for successful candidates and ensuring the onboarding process for new starters is as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
  • Work with the HR department by helping them with various starters, leavers and employee lifecycle processes including but not limited to probation reviews, exit interviews, sickness processes, employee of the quarter, holiday management and healthcare input into the HR system.
  • Support the Learning and Development department uploading toolbox talks, induction training cards, induction driver assessment results, training course evaluation forms and completion rates for courses such as Modern Slavery and Bribery Awareness. Also responsible for inputting training certificates and cards and reporting toolbox talk completion statistics back to the Safety Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) department.
  • As part of the Business Support team the role will also help with their daily tasks including timesheet data entry, completing purchasing requisitions for all departments relating to workshop, stores, and materials and invoice processing for operational divisions.

The successful candidate will possess strong administration experience and will bring a combination of experience of supporting a number of fast paced business functions. You will have strong IT skills and will be an excellent communicator. In addition you will be an effective team worker, with a professional attitude, very good attention to detail and experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
