The purpose of the Technical Sales Engineer is to grow the UK Structures business in line with Lucideon’s business plans through acquisition of new customers and development of existing clients.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background (Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical Engineering) and 3-5 years’ experience working within the construction industry who is interested in growing into a commercial, customer facing role.
Previous sales experience is not essential as this role will be working alongside a well-established Business Manager with a strong and existing client base. Full sales training will be provided and more important is your technical ability to understand our clients’ needs and the desire to build a career in a customer-facing, commercial role. Lucideon have an excellent track-record in developing technical recruits to achieve outstanding commercial results in a short period.
