We are currently searching for a Trade, Category & Shopper Marketing Manager to join our OTC team to implement and execute trade, category and shopper strategy to enable Teva to achieve it's 5 year plan.
The role can either be based in our UK Head Office in Castleford, West Yorkshire or our office in Harlow, Essex.
The Castleford Office is just ten minutes away from Leeds on the M62. We're 5 minutes' walk from Glasshoughton station, in a modern distribution centre.
Our Harlow Office is right by Harlow Town Station with great transport links to London and beyond.
Both sites have free parking on site - a definite bonus! Plus we've got great facilities at both locations for our employees, including an on-site subsidised restaurant.
+ Implement trade & category strategy by channel and customer for the Teva businesses in collaboration with the UK Sales and marketing teams.
+ Develop and implement annual trade & category plans by channel/account to accelerate growth across the brand portfolio in line with the approved 5 year business plan and brand strategy.
+ Collaborate with the UK sales and marketing teams to ensure that all sales & marketing is coordinated to create synergy instore, the business has the right distribution, facings & positioning in line with the approved sales and marketing strategy.
+ Liaise with the OTC analyst function in Commercial Excellence to generate the data required for category & shopper insights to translate into customer strategies which drive performance.
+ Support sales team in retail pricing strategy and execution of retail price movements.
+ Develop & execute in-store promotional strategy and provide ROI analysis to measure success and generate learnings.
+ Create, execute & roll out best in class POS materials to ensure shopper activation delivers defined objectives.
+ Developing strong working relationships with buying, category & marketing and merchandising teams in key retailers.
+ Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant company SOPs within the UK marketing team.
+ Business or Marketing Degree or equivalent experience.
+ Good knowledge of the UK OTC market landscape.
+ Knowledge of all elements of marketing including market research and advertising.
+ Understanding marketing tool / techniques and how to apply them.
