Salary: £34,545.39 - £37,757.38 per annum

You will be part of the Property Maintenance and Building Services multi disciplinary team based at Council Headquarters ensuring that the authority's property related legislative responsibilities are achieved.
You will assist in the review of compliance policies and procedures, advising the Property Maintenance & Building Services Manager of any improvement considerations.
You will inspect and report defects to properties that make up the Council’s land and building estate, to arrange and supervise works to repair and sustain the asset, and to coordinate and implement specific building and improvement projects for properties across the Estate covering for absence of property officers where necessary.
Degree or Diploma in a Property or Building Services or related discipline with at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience, or considerable demonstrable relevant experience.
P402 Certificate in Surveying and sampling strategies for asbestos in building and P405 Certificates in Management of Asbestos in buildings (should be achieved within 6 months if not currently held).
