JOB DESCRIPTION FOR: PLUMBER

LOCATION: ALBRIGHTON (travel to sites in West Midlands)

JOB TITLE: 1st FIX & 2nd FIX PLUMBERS

SALARY: DEPENDANT ON JOB (price work)

HOURS: FULL TIME, variable dependent on job

THE COMPANY: Our client is a plumbing company based in South Staffordshire, West Midlands who provide solutions to the domestic and commercial building sector. From new build heating & plumbing, breakdowns and boiler installations to bathroom adaptation, heat pumps and solar thermal.

THE ROLE: Our client is seeking to appoint 1st and 2nd fix Plumbers to work on new build sites in the West Midlands on either sub-contract or self-employed basis. The roles will be to cover at least 2 years' worth of work and will range in hours depending on the site.

Are you/Do you have:

• A valid, current CSCS card
• Gas Safe registered
• A full driving licence
• An experienced/qualified plumber

Key Responsibilities of the job role to include:-

• Travelling to new build sites across the region to perform 1st/2nd fix plumbing work
