We are a luxury tailor-made tour operator based in Camden, North London specialising in family travel. We have a vacancy for a Travel and Operations Administrator to support our small but busy team of Consultants who are both office and home based.

It is essential that you have at least 1 year working for a travel company and have an eye for detail, an excellent telephone manner, good written skills and can work with initiative and independently. Knowledge of Dolphin and Amadeus is highly desirable but not essential. Training will be given.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming holiday enquiries and assisting with allocation of them
  • Running and managing departure and financial reports
  • Dealing with financial transactions
  • Managing travel document dispatch
  • Handling all concierge requests
  • Corresponding with clients and suppliers by email and telephone
  • Managing office systems and supplies
  • Any other day to day tasks relating to the support of the team and the efficient running of the business.

Salary is competitive and dependant upon experience. We also offer the opportunity for fam trips, net rate holidays, a pension scheme, and 28 days of annual leave.
