Primary Role

Working as part of the UK Sales team you will be responsible for finding and bringing on new distributors and new accounts for our products

Key Responsibilities:

To find potential new distributors for the company's range of products specifically Auto (Car Fragrance)
To obtain contact details of the key decision makers
To make contact and send out new distributor information packs
Open the leads and progress the sales opportunity

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Robust track record of delivering account growth
Able to demonstrate both strategic development and hands on management of a relevant account portfolio
3+ years Commercial Management and or 3+ years National Account Management

Demonstrates resilience and energy to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates account rigour, strategic thinking and a passion to win attitude.
Ability to take senior stakeholders on a journey to explain vision.
Ability to create collaborative, effective business relationships, cross-functionally and cross channel.
Ability to analyse data to drive informed decisions.
Ability to drive results by showing tenacity and working collaboratively in a team structure.
Completes all tasks with integrity
