ROLE: Creative Artworker.

LOCATION: Birmingham.


As a Creative Artworker you will be responsible for creating artwork for our client across a variety of channels and taking them through to delivery. You will be able to work to tight timelines and prioritise and organise your workload in-line with the requirements of the on-site agency.

Quality and attention to detail is a must. You’ll work on a variety of projects on-site at our client’s offices in Birmingham and truly get to showcase your creative credentials. You’ll also get to work with an agency team that is leading all brand activity from the inside, who are very close with their clients and have the opportunity to develop and deliver creative excellence that all members of the team can be proud of.


Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ brand and the approach the team are taking to deliver creative excellence that has a positive and meaningful impact on our clients’ world.
Working closely with the creative team to consistently deliver a high standard of work as well as collaborating with clients when needed.
Take full responsibility for a range of creative artwork for campaigns, high-level design and on-brand business collateral and communications.
Work closely with clients as required to discuss project objectives and outcomes.
Present on-brand ideas and artwork to the on-site team and clients.
Adhere to and develop brand guidelines and act as a brand guardian as part of the wider agency team.
Artwork and prepare files for print (when applicable).


5 years+ professional experience.
Ability to create artwork of the highest standard within brand guidelines, without exception.
A technical portfolio that showcases your proficiency and flair for creative and design.
Ability to create work that is well crafted and considered and shows best principles in artwork and creative at all times.
A clear talent for the delivery of print and digital marketing (an interest in video creative would be an advantage).
A strong understanding of typography, space and layout, formatting text.
Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and good retouching skills.
A good understanding of digital and social platforms to produce work in this area when required.
A born creative mind with the ability to generate great work that our clients will love.
The ability to work with creatives and designers and take clear direction in order to bring concepts to life and add real value.
A great team player with a people/client-centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
Confident in own abilities and be able to proactively influence clients and manage their expectations.
Ability to work proactively under own initiative whilst effectively managing workloads in a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task and prioritise are required.
Strong communication skills and ensure that internal processes are maintained and improved.
Ensure working files are ordered and neat, that folder structures are adhered to within the server structure.
