Prior experience with HR Administration and an understanding of the recruitment process is a must for this opportunity. You will be providing effective, efficient, confidential and professional support to the entire organisation while reporting in to the HR Advisor.

HR Responsibilities include: - Managing the recruitment process including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers while booking out relevant meeting rooms and providing candidate feedback if successful - Maintaining absence reports through the HRIS system - Assisting in the coordination of training - Involvement in wider HR tasks and administration
Additional responsibilities include: - Organising and managing the diaries of the General Manager & CEO while supporting them in the management of projects - Managing ad-hoc tasks such as the post, ordering office supplies, answering the phone in a professional manner
