Contract Duration: Temporary until 31 March 2022Role Purpose
As Rapid Rehousing Development Officer you will help to take forward the Scottish Borders Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan.
This will include pro-actively developing the Plan, and co-ordinating the implementation and review of the Plan in order to achieve the transformation and embedding of rapid rehousing and Housing First across all the partner agencies.
You will contribute to the ongoing strategic and operational development of the multi-agency approach to rapid rehousing in the Scottish Borders and will develop policies, procedures, training, communications and other materials as set out in the Scottish Borders Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan action plan.
