An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice Principal Curriculum and Performance to join Dudley College of Technology. Our college is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of technical education and training programmes locally, nationally and internally.
We are looking for a Vice Principal to lead the development and delivery of our outstanding provision through robust systems and processes. The successful applicant will play the lead role in driving the development of our apprenticeship provision, ensuring high standards are maintained. Through the line management of the Management Information Systems Team you will ensure the college meets its performance targets and remains compliant in all aspects of it operations. You will provide senior leadership for a number of curriculum areas and foster a culture of innovation in respect of teaching and learning and curriculum development.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years management experience and be able to demonstrate significant experience at a senior management level of curriculum and people management. You will have at least 3 years’ experience of leading an apprenticeship provision and managing an MIS function or be able to demonstrate the equivalent experience of funding, performance and compliance.
