Our Mole Valley Plus department combines the scale of a strong membership base delivering a range of products & services for the benefit of our customers and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join this team, you will be based in our Moorland House Head Office in South Molton, North Devon.
The Sales Support Coordinator will act as the first point of contact within the Mole Valley Plus business and you will be required to offer a service that exceeds customer expectation. Handling inbound telephone calls and emails to provide information, direct calls and create purchase order numbers and/or lead forms, whilst being available to offer support, information and advice to our customers.
The salary we have to offer for this role is £17,000.00.
The successful candidate will put our customers first by being approachable, respectful and friendly. This role is a busy and varied role, so the ability to prioritise and organise a workload is essential. As Sales Support Coordinator you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by working as a team and sharing knowledge and experience to provide expertise in all our products and services.
The role will require travel to key events and shows from time to time.
