As a leading rural retailer with nearly 60 years heritage of serving the farmer’s needs, we are looking for an experienced, innovative Buyer/Product Manager who can grow and develop selected product categories that are sold through our network of over 50 Stores.
Our Procurement department is fast paced and energetic and focused on driving the best outcomes for our customers in a collaborative, commercial and focused way with our suppliers.
This is an exciting role for a self-motivator who by their very nature will be a focused and driven individual who thrives on driving their category forward and thereby delighting our customers and members.
This is a diverse role where you will have a level of autonomy in delivering agreed business plans and KPI’s. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with optimising a product portfolio to achieve business goals. You will be creative with natural curiosity, to define a vision for your product and increase your knowledge of the market and customer enabling key strategic decisions to be made. You will also work as part of a wider team and potentially supervise a Buying Assistant or Assistant.
