We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven B2B Telesales Account Manager to develop new business as well as generate sales from existing clients for a fast-growing organisation operating in the network solutions industry.
You will be responsible for closing sales, negotiating deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships with your clients.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience of promoting and selling products or services within network solutions.
To be successful in this role you will need
A real passion for B2B telesales and desire to excel in a targeted sales environment
A track record of working towards and achieving sales targets
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Experience in dealing with high volume outbound calls
Able to build rapport and create relationships
Ability to create and monitor a sales pipeline
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Self-motivated, resilient and ambitious
Experienced in objection handling
Well organised and able to manage your day effectively
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answer questions about products/services and the Company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Keeping customer information up to date on the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Account manage new and existing customers
Report sales performance and pipeline to senior management
