Apply now and you could be working at Pontins Holiday Park’s Head Office, Ainsdale House! We are situated within one of our famous sites, Pontins Southport, and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an Event Sales Office Manager onto the team.
As Event Sales Office Manager you will be required to;
* Have a full understanding of all events across all Parks. * Be responsible for your team to maximise new business as well as driving additional business from an existing portfolio of accounts. * Manage the team and utilise your time to distribute any potential leads or new ideas to explore to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Be responsible for the show arounds and/or operational meetings which may require travel to various Park Sites. * Support and assist the Park Management with set up and/or on the event to ensure our client is satisfied with the operation during their contract. * Co-ordinate marketing activities within the Park, both inside the Sales Office and other departments. * Monitor productivity of all event sales staff and evaluate accordingly. * Take a proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of the department and anticipate potential opportunities and problems.
