Social Media & Communication Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Communication Specialist to join our in-house Creative & Marketing team. Located in Bromley, you'll be joining a friendly, dynamic and collaborative team with endless opportunities and growth potential in Fintech. There are some great projects in the pipeline and no shortage of creative opportunities.

The Opportunity:

Working closely with the Content Manager, Conceptual Designer, Copywriter and Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media channels across the business' global territories.

You are:

Confident self-starter who's not afraid to experiment and passionate about social media. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are keen to learn and develop skills and be a part of an exciting team.

The role:

  • Managing the social media calendar & content for multiple channels across 3 brands.
  • Creating engaging social media content.
  • Growing our social media presence and target reach.
  • Working with our business partners (PR Company, Media Agency, and Translation Services).
  • Working with our brand ambassadors.
  • Managing community conversations and respond appropriately.
  • Responding to ad hoc inquiries and build relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Required skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in juggling multiple projects against tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changes and prioritise work accordingly.
  • Proactive as well as reactive.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and tracking trending content, conversations and topics.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Understanding of scheduling tools a bonus.
