As the Sales Office Manager, you will take a practical, hands-on approach to the management of our internal sales office function. You will oversee daily sales processes, manage bid portals and generate leads and prospects.
Managing all transactional sales activities, you will supervise and monitor the Sales Admin Team, ensuring each team member performs to the best of their ability and our sales strategy is achieved.
Specifically, your role will also include:
- Managing team performance - Evaluating leads, analysing results and reporting on team KPIs - Overseeing the CRM system and the data entered - Ensuring all Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s) are responded to - Assisting with recruitment and training for your team - Supporting marketing activities - Developing an in-depth understanding of our product range
To join us as the Sales Office Manager, you will need:
- Experience of managing a team and their targets - Prior experience in a similar sales role - To be a positive influencer, leader and contributor to the team, with a problem-solving mindset - To be an organised, reliable and a detail-oriented self starter - Proficiency in Microsoft applications - A degree level qualification or equivalent
