The role of Director of Finance and Resources will ideally suit candidates from a finance background keen to broaden their responsibilities and gain experience of managing other business support services (no previous experience of working in schools or colleges is necessary) or those currently in an education setting who are looking for a new challenge.

Main Terms & Conditions

  • The contract will commence 1st March 2020 or as soon as possible after subject to the availability of the successful candidate
  • The post is classified as a “senior post” under the Articles of Government and so the appointment and the pay & conditions of service are the direct responsibility of the Corporation
  • Salary will be dependent on experience, but is anticipated to be circa £50,000 p.a. Salary will be reviewed once a year by the Corporation.
  • The annual leave entitlement is 30 working days plus 8 public holidays. Leave taken during term-time is at the Principal’s discretion.
