We are seeking a friendly, organised and approachable individual to join the Operations team at our Upper School. This role acts as ‘the face’ of The Royal Ballet School and is the first point of contact for the public, as well as liaising with all members of staff. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a warm and welcoming service to all, not only providing a high level of customer service at Reception, but also the provision of administrative support to all departments as required, in particular the Operations team.

You will have a confident and positive attitude, be highly motivated and proactive, with demonstrable customer service experience and solid administrative skills. Experience of working within a School environment and an interest in dance or performing arts would be beneficial.

Hours: 35 hours p/week (11am-7pm Monday-Friday) with occasional evening and weekend work on a rota basis.

Location: Covent Garden, London with occasional cover required at our Lower School in Richmond Park
