THE COMPANY – our client and your future employer is:
THE JOB – French Customer Service – is the first line support role. You will be the First Point of Contact for French speaking customers responsible for dealing with their inquiries, questions, problems, complaints, etc. You will be in touch with customers via phone, email and/ or chat. Prior to starting he job, you will be provided with a comprehensive training, so that you knew exactly what potential issues you may be facing and what range of solutions you have available. And what if the inquiry is non-standard? You will be also surrounded by the team of experienced professionals, escalation agents, coaches and supervisors, who will always be happy to step in if necessary.
