An exciting 3 month contract in our Manchester Support Office, to assist in the delivery of the Compass Programme, working with the operational Business lead, the role will oversee the Data entry team as well as completing the data input and implementation of core cinema information ready for transition into a new and exciting future for ODEON that will revolutionise our guest experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Support the Data entry team in the key delivery and transition & translation of key cinema information across to the new system platform (including System configuration, cinema Creation, Food & Beverage data, Seating Plans & Pricing) and testing that the operational information is performing as required.

Areas of Responsibility;

  • Guests – In order to support the cinema teams to deliver the best guest experiences by ensuring information inputted is accurate
  • People - Teamwork and support for cinema teams during roll out to amend any necessary changes
  • Process - Complete necessary tasks, goals & objectives. Support culture of continuous improvement by putting solutions in place to check issues that may arise
  • Systems - Using current systems & documentation and the ability to work with technology
  • Planning - Maintain good working relationships with support office departments and cinema leadership teams to ensure effective planning and implementation on the information roll out.
  • Communication - Maintain constant and consistent communication with the team and support the Compass Operational lead & Compass Programme

Key Skills:

  • Experience of managing a team in a cinema or support function role (CEM/DM)
  • Strong level of accuracy, planning and organisation
  • Has an innovative mind-set which is always looking at ways to improve and increase efficiency
  • Ability to communicate at all levels including cinema colleagues and support office teams
  • Experience using Excel
  • Strong initiative & desire to learn
