What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Draft answers and respond to routine and ad-hoc investor queries and requests based on available information.
  • Assist with the production and review for accuracy of investor reporting documentation.
  • Manage schedules to ensure work has been completed within agreed deadlines
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and coordinate answers to address investor queries where information not readily available.
  • Manage updates and maintenance to Investor Relations systems (CRM and data room) inputting data such as contacts, companies, advisors, bank details, postal addresses, e-mail addresses and other fund related information such as meeting and call notes.
  • Dispatch investor documentation and correspondence to issue regular and adhoc investor reporting to meet deadlines via email and data rooms.
  • Providing assistance with the administration associated with the production and dispatch of investor information as required using a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word / PowerPoint / Excel).
  • Assist with the organisation of investor meetings including, organisation of the meetings, diary management and the production, dispatch, binding and printing of documents and the creation of meeting packs.
  • Responsible for the creation, review, upload and dispatch of investor data reports (both internally and externally)
  • Liaising with third party administrators to ensure the timely processing and dispatch of all materials associated with funds and investments including the reconciliation of investor data held by administrators.
  • Ensure all documentation sent to investors (including sent by third party administrators) is saved and recorded as required.
