We’re recruiting for a Coordinator to join our People team and build their career in HR.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, driven individual to grow with our business as it continues to expand.
About the role
This role is all about enabling the People team to function effectively and move at pace, which will play a key role in helping the organisation grow at this pivotal time.
Working closely with our COO, you’ll support our mission to help JustPark to find, keep and grow the right people to execute its strategy effectively by providing administrative support across the function. You'll help drive the success of the People & Talent team by supporting company-wide projects and bring a solution-driven approach to the challenges we face.
You’ll maintain our HR systems and data, including drafting contracts and managing our documentation. Working with the People Manager, you’ll support our employee relations work and learn all about the processes we follow. Working with our Talent Manager, you’ll make sure we’re finding the next generation of great people to join our team.
You'll also assist with office management, ensuring that all aspects of the office are in excellent shape so that our teams are productive.

Being highly organised is critical to your success in the role.You'll probably already be working as a PA or team administrator and you might have experience organising events. What's essential is a track record that shows your ability to stay on top of multiple projects and balance competing priorities.

You might have a degree, you might not. What you will have is a great foundation to build on - great organisation skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for working with people. You don’t need to have previous experience in HR, but you’ll have a drive to always learn something new.
