Summary

Expense Management Consultant - Relocation Services - Middlesex - VR/20705

The Company & Role:

Our client is a leading relocation services company and they are looking to recruit an Expense Management Consultant for their busy team in Middlesex.

Main Duties:

• Develop relationship with clients and assignees
• Set up Client and Assignee files in system
• Understand and administer clients policies
• Manage Client EM and own mailboxes to the highest standard and respond to queries and requests within 24 hours
• Resolve client, assignee and third party queries per agreed service level agreements
• Ensure any issues are promptly escalated where appropriate and that corrective action is taken
• Audit claims and invoices for accuracy and approve per client policy
• Add and maintain supplier address & contact details
• Record approved claims and invoices onto system
• Process payments in the bank in accordance with due dates
• Prepare regular float and bank reconciliations in line with Client deadlines
• Manage cash flow to the highest standard
• Maintain all assignee files and trackers (allowances, budgets and utilities)
• Manage and track assignees or third parties reimbursements and refunds
• Follow exception process for all clients
• Ensure all data in system is correct for accurate reporting
• Log quality feedback from client/assignees in system
• Audit and submit recharge invoices, backup and reporting to Clients as per agreed timetable
• Generate management fee invoices and submit to Clients as per agreed timetable
• Communicate with Client on float fluctuations and propose reviews where required to ensure continued funds availability
• Support the team during peak periods
• Support the Service Delivery Manager with implementations and with potential and existing Client meetings

Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent verbal & numerical reasoning with excellent attention to detail
• Can do attitude - Proactive, positive and personable
• Team player
• Resilient under stress
• Organised and able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to build strong relationships, internally
• and externally, with people of all levels
• Innovative, able to challenge existing processes and to adapt to change
• Honest and ethical approach to business
• 12 months experience of working in a pressurised team environment, ideally in a customer-focussed environment
• Basic accounting skills required
• Good working knowledge of Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Technical competence in a European Language would be useful
