Job Summary


This post is based in the Partnership Delivery team within our Justice Service. Reporting to the Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in processing and formatting Court reports, organising, minuting and transcription of minutes, input and retrieval of data using electronic and manual systems, compiling information, producing basic statistics and completion of checklists and data tidy ups. You will deal directly with queries from colleagues and customers, purchase ordering through NAC's Integra procurement system, general clerical duties including typing, word processing a variety of documents, cash handling, banking and reconciliation duties.
